You may browse the website and use its publicly available features for lawful, personal and noncommercial purposes. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website.
Prohibited use
You may not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, violate law, harass others, or use the website to infringe rights.
Intellectual property
Original music, recordings, artwork, educational materials, graphics, photographs, videos, Kingdom Radio programming, written content, branding and logos are owned by or licensed to 12 Tribes of Israel Kingdom Music and its creators. They may not be copied, sold, redistributed, republished, modified, broadcast or commercially exploited without authorization unless the website specifically provides permission.
Music, media and Kingdom Radio
Streaming or listening does not transfer ownership or grant a download, synchronization, public-performance, sampling, resale or redistribution license. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Kingdom Radio Submission Terms
When you submit a recording and manually accept the Streaming Authorization, you represent that you own or control the necessary rights or are authorized by the applicable rights holder or holders. You grant 12 Tribes of Israel Kingdom Music LLC and Kingdom Radio non-exclusive permission to stream, broadcast, feature and promote the submitted recording through Kingdom Radio and its associated website and PWA.
You retain ownership of your recording, songwriting, publishing, artist name, likeness and other intellectual property. Authorization does not represent a recording, management or representation agreement, and submission does not automatically confer Featured Artist status or guarantee review, airplay, publication, payment, partnership or a response. A&R approval remains required before rotation.
Submission records may preserve the submission ID, artist and submitter names, song title, timestamp, Rights Status, exact authorization text and version, affirmative acceptance, review status and file reference. Audio and private authorization records are restricted to review and administration. “Other / I am not sure” selections require rights review and cannot be approved for rotation until resolved.
Artists and rights holders may contact malakhibenisrael144k@gmail.com regarding rights, corrections, disputes or withdrawal from future Kingdom Radio use. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate authorized past streams.
Kingdom Learning Center
Learning activities and written educational content are provided for personal and family education. Scores and explanations are informational and are not accredited grades or professional instruction.
Other user submissions
By submitting artwork, links, event information or other material, you represent that you own or control the necessary rights and authorize us to receive and review it for the stated purpose. Do not submit confidential material unless separately agreed in writing.
Third-party links
Links to streaming, social, payment and other outside services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
Donations and merchandise
Donations are voluntary and processed by external services. Unless required by law or expressly stated, donations are not purchases and may be nonrefundable. Product, payment, shipping, return and refund terms will be provided before merchandise sales begin.
Educational and religious content disclaimer
Music and educational material reflect the platform’s faith-based perspective and study of Scripture. They are provided for religious, cultural, artistic and educational purposes and are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice.
Availability and limitation of liability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features. The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
