Information we receive
We receive information visitors voluntarily provide through contact and submission forms, such as a name, email address, phone number when requested, message, professional information, links and uploaded materials. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Technical information and analytics
Our hosting, security and analytics providers may automatically receive an IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, timestamps and similar diagnostic data. We use this information to understand traffic, maintain security and improve performance.
Online Kingdom Games
Signed-in online games use your existing account identifier to save match state, verified scores and moderation records. Public displays use a server-assigned nickname, not your account email or real name. Age-group selections choose educational content and compatible matches; they are not age verification. Games do not ask for a date of birth, address or precise location. There is no chat or private messaging. A room code grants a chosen signed-in visitor access to that private lobby, so share codes only with intended players. The device remembers a match ID for reconnection. Children under 13 should use the free anonymous solo games rather than register for online play. Contact Website Support for correction or deletion requests.
Kingdom Drink Lab member features
When you choose to sign in, the Drink Lab uses your existing site account identifier to save your selected pantry ingredients, favorite drink IDs, shopping-list items and named personal collections. These records are private to your account and are not displayed to other visitors. Guest pantry selections stay in local storage on the current device; clearing that storage removes the guest pantry. Account pantry changes are saved when you select Save pantry to account. You can remove favorites, clear shopping lists, edit pantry selections and delete collections in the Drink Lab. Use Website Support for deletion requests concerning stored member data. Alcoholic browsing uses a self-declared 21+ selection; this is not identity or age verification. Family browsing and anonymous ingredient matching do not require an account.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels or similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security and measurement. Browser settings may allow visitors to block or delete cookies, although some features may work differently.
Embedded content and third-party services
Pages may include links or embedded content from services such as Spotify, YouTube, social networks, form delivery providers and website analytics. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies. Following a third-party link takes the visitor to a service we do not control.
Donations, payments and future merchandise
Donations currently open through an external payment service. Payment credentials are handled by that provider and should not be submitted through our forms. Future merchandise transactions may use third-party commerce and payment services; applicable disclosures will be updated before launch.
How information is used
Information may be used to answer inquiries, evaluate authorized submissions, communicate about events or collaborations, operate Kingdom Radio and the Learning Center, protect the website, prevent abuse, measure performance, comply with law and improve our music, media and educational services.
When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, measure or operate the site; when a visitor directs or authorizes us; to protect rights and safety; or when required by law. We do not claim to sell personal information for money.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations.
Privacy choices
Visitors may manage cookies through browser controls, avoid optional forms, request correction or deletion of information they submitted, and manage privacy choices offered by third-party services.
Children’s privacy
The Kingdom Learning Center includes child-directed learning and coloring activities. These activities do not require a child to create an account or submit personal information. Children should not use the Contact or Submissions forms without a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request removal.
Advertising and Google services
The website may contain Google AdSense verification technology while the site is being prepared or reviewed, even when display advertising is not active. In the future, we may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense on appropriate general-audience pages. Where applicable, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit and measure advertising, including personalized advertising when permitted. Visitors may be offered controls for personalized advertising and privacy preferences through Google, their browser, device settings or a consent tool. Child-directed Learning Center activities and coloring pages are designated to remain advertising-free.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the website, law or services change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
